I’ve worked with lots of different moving companies. I’ve been in business for 6 years, so I’ve worked with a lot of different companies. Everything from scheduling…when I talked to the people in the office they were very, very helpful. A lot of my jobs come up very last minute, and so sometimes scheduling can be tricky, they’re very helpful getting me wedged in at the right times. When the crew shows up they’re friendly, they’re courteous, they help put the customers at ease. My customers haven’t moved for many, many years, so they’re a little bit nervous. The crews are very, very good at handling my clients, and they’re very customer-focused. They know that this is a stressful day for them, and we always have a plan going into a job, but sometimes we need to make some adjustments along the way. If a surprise comes up that we weren’t really ready for, the crew handles it and just makes the day go much smoother, and the customer is at ease at the end of the day, and that’s always really helpful.
