Residential Service
The same care and expertise used when moving antiques and pianos is used when moving your personal belongings. Every item we move will be pad wrapped and properly secured. We personally hand make our piano and gunsafe dollies so that they will support the weight and protect your hardwood floors at the same time. Any item under 200lbs will be hand carried out of your home. We provide denim floor runners for all moves to insure your floors are protected. We will do all disassembly of all items including beds, mirrors, cribs, washers & dryers, and pianos. Not only will we set it up again at your new location but arrange everything to your desire-no matter how many times it takes! Everything from a studio apartments to large family homes is more than manageable for the staff here at Integrity Moving LLC.
Local And Long Distance Moving
Local moving service includes:
· No sur charges or extra fees for stairs or long carries
· Disassembly and reassembly of all necessary furniture
· wrapping furniture with high quality moving quilts
· Well trained movers with no less than 2yrs experience, all very professional and courteous
Moving charges:
Local moving charges are based upon an hourly rate. The rate begins when the crew arrives at your pick-up location and continues until the move has been completed to your satisfaction. Included in this time is: loading, commute to the new location, and unloading.
There are no extra charges for multiple pick-ups and or drop-offs.
Travel Time:
In addition to the hourly rate, there is a fee called a travel charge. This fee covers the cost for fuel, equipment, traveling from our facilities to your location and back to our office once the move is complete. This fee is the same as one hour of our time (I.e. a four hour move will have a five hour charge).
No Hidden charges:
Fuel, maintenance, & equipment supplied with each truck is all included in your hourly rate. All pads, dollies, straps, floor runners, banister covers, tools, and piano boards are considered standard equipment on all of our trucks.
Long Distance Moving:
We will come to your home and do a complete inventory and give you a guaranteed FLAT RATE fee for your relocation.
This will include having our staff tag and itemize everything in your home prior to loading, all packing services if requested which will include packing materials. Your FATE RATE fee will also include complete set up at your delivery location and a check list to insure everything is properly shipped and accounted for. The best part about moving a long distance with us is that you get the movers that load you to unload you as well. We will load and drive directly to your destination rather than telling you to expect us “in a week or two”. Start to finish we will be there every step of the way; never will we subcontract out your load. We will provide the same high quality service we do in the Columbus area to anywhere in the U.S.
PIANOS, ANTIQUES & GUNSAFES
We specialize in moving antique furniture, rare or valuable items, and very large items that most companies cannot move. We have the knowledge, expertise, and experience to ensure that all of your valuable items are handled with the greatest of care and are damage free. PIANOS
Whether you have a small Spinet piano, or a 9ft Concert Grand, we move them all. We have specialized equipment to handle every situation. We realize the importance of your piano not just for it’s appearance and sentimental value but also as a finely tuned musical instrument. We will do complete inspection of each piano before moving it to insure its condition then we will disassemble all Baby Grands, and full sizes Grands, pad wrap all legs, peddles, lids, and benches before moving them. If the piano is on the 2nd floor or in the basement of your home it’s not a problem. With the proper equipment we make it look easy as can be. All pianos will have its full ACTUAL CASH VALUE insured at no additional cost.
ANTIQUES
All antiques will be insured for the amount set forth by your appraiser. Each item will be bubble wrapped, padded and properly secured for a safe transition. We will inspect these items very carefully after delivery to comfort you with its arrival. This not only includes antiques like grandfather clocks (which will always receive White Glove treatment), but your art work and original paintings as well. Let us know in advance and we will hang your paintings and mirrors for you!
